I think you need to have the bolt on or tariff that gives you free O2 to O2 calls?

Check in My O2 and you should see a free bolt on for O2-O2 calls.

Unless you have a bolt on that states free 02-02 minutes they will just come out of your 500 min allowance.

Thank you all for the replies; I aploigise for the slow response. I don't unfortunately see the bolt on or an option to add this bolt on; which is a shame. Can it be purchased on a monthly contract?

It comes with some tariffs but I don't think it's available to purchase as a separate bolt on anymore.
