02 tablet loss through delivery

Hi i ordered a tablet and sim and was suppose to be delivered on monday but it looks like it has been losted through posatage so will the tablet get blocked or will it just be the sim

You need to call customer service to report it. Have the couriers told you it's lost? Or has it just not been delivered? It could possibly be out of stock but call them asap.

Did you get tracking for this? and if so what does the tracking say?

O2 are responsible until you sign receipt of the delivery (assuming they were all sent together, and were sent signed for)
