Hi just changed to pay monthly from pay as you go can I ask if you can view the bill straight 

away as in see the data usage or do you have to wait for the cycle to begin ?

Just check you are using the correct login details (the one emailed to you by O2) and if you can't get on later in the week give CS a call on 202.

I have not had an email off them they said to use my current login had a bit fo an ordeal 

trying to swap sims which I had to do over chat the other night . Give them there due they sorted it and I have just asked them about my signal fluctuating all the time and they sorted that to by doing some settings on the phone.

Ok, I didn't realise you already had an account. You might have to go to "Link my accounts" and add your new one though.... Just see how it goes over the next couple of days when the computer catches up....
