02 simplicity not working

o2 text me and said i said i didn't have enough money for my £5 simplicity option but then i got £2 rewards back so now my balance is over £6 but o2 still haven't taken off £5 and instead are charging me for texts. advice? thank you

Speak to customer service, they should be able to apply it manually for you.
