Why am I been changed £33 for premium service which if you check I have never used at all so do not understand this I am 72 years old and can not afford bills like this, we don’t use our heating at our flat as we can’t afford it and eat at the same time so please look into this thank you Alan **************

You need to contact O2.

It is possible that you have been a victim of a scam. You should ask o2 customer services to place a premium BAR on your phone so that it won't pay for premium numbers.
