I bought a new phone a few weeks ago, and have been giving the option to do 02 open (25%) discount due to working for an employer that has this benefit.

Due to work closing due to Corona Virus, I am unable to access the email/ payslip which is required to complete this.

I am worried that the 28 days are over/ coming close to be over to I won’t be able to complete the discount for my bill.

I have been trying to call 02 for the past week unable to get through to due high demand calls, 02 online is too busy to take chats, and so I don’t know what else to try.

Does anyone else have this issue?

This is going to be almost impossible for you in the process timescale. Only customer service will tell you if they can extend the qualifying period. Best time to call is early morning. No one here on the community can help with this
