I signed up to the 12 month sim only pay monthly contract and cancelled within the 14 days, I then kept kept getting constant letters and emails saying I owe 02 money. I called 02 again and the manager on the customer service line said I don’t owe them anything and that there won’t be any more letters. This was a lie because I’m still getting threats from 02 saying I now owe them hundreads of £. I will be taking them to ombudsman and small claims court if the threaths don’t stop because:

1. I cancelled within 14 days

2. I haven’t even used the sim nor put it inside my phone

3. I have the phone conversation recorded with the manager saying my contract is cancelled and I don’t owe anything

disgusting company with disgusting behaviour, you’re bullying people to pay when they’ve cancelled

@Mow - you will need to go through O2's internal complaints process: https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain - otherwise the Ombudsman won't give your letter a second glance. Good luck!

@Mow

I suggest that you complain as per the guidance provided by @pgn, but if that does not deal with the issue to your satisfaction, you might want to consider Resolver :-

How to Complain | Help | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Some members of this forum have found that a good avenue to pursue and it is likely to be far quicker than going to the Ombudsman.
