I have just been told this " 02 cannot unlock iphones as from 27th June , try in seven days time ?"

is this correct?

If quoted correctly, it makes no sense.....OK, that's not unusual for Live Chat.

If it can't be done as from 27 June then why try again in 7 days ?

What a bunch of silly people. Surely they should know the practices of o2 & all policy. Oh I forgot they don't as they read from a script

It was confirmed to me that there was a problem with unlocking iphones but no date given when it willbe possible ..hopefully within 7 days ..

I finally  contacted them for an answer by using the facebook page   The links provided was an avenue i had already tried earlier before posting , but very grateful for help.

Joshua Tree I have just been told as from 27th of june o2 are unable to unlock iphones , to try in seven days?" Do you have a live problem with unlocking?
