02 billing text scam/fraud?

Got a text today from +447831946238 saying:

02: We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, please update your payment details via <Link>

(I haven't written the link just in case anyone click it by mistake).

I just wondered if this is a scam or not (I have not clicked on the link and haven't even opened the text just to be on that safe side)

It's a well known scam
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
Don’t open any links or enter any information.
