02 are really bad

Delays. lack of service, lack of signal (for 2 months) no response from 02 - all these summarise my experience of being with 02 - probably the worst mobile phone company in the uk!

I have been with Orange...and a brief spell with Vodafone...I much prefer O2...hence the reason I stay. All down to personal choice I think

I didn't see it pre edit but yes in an ideal world a change of provider would solve the issue. That depends how long he is tied into the current contract.

There are currently 4 main networks to choose from so go where the signal is.

And hopefully O2 will be able to show some leeway re his contract if he complains properly... It has worked for others
