02 ah they taking the *bleep*

I being waiting for 02 to get back to me for 6 weeks about them removing  15 per month from my account  for over 18 months they had no legal right to  take    i told they get back to me after 72 hours  but nothing 6 weeks on i phone to check   my bill to find out  they charged me £16  to make the call to stop them removing the money while waiting close hr to speak to manager  after hr i get cut off  ???????????????????  Poor not word how do  get 02 do things return  what they had no right to take is only answer small cailms court can 02 be trusted to go into peoples bank accounts

Yep try them said they get back to me in 72 hrs 6 weeks later nothing contacted them again only to wait hr to be pass on to a manager whom dont bother coming on phone just got cut off
