i have just recently upgraded my phone and notice it doesn't say anything about the annual refresh? If i cant see anything on my account does this mean its stopped??

The system usually takes 24-48 hrs to update. If you have any problems then give customer services a call

Upgrade on us has finished now since the introduction of the flex tariffs.
