Hi,

 

Wonder if anyone can help me. I have redeemed the O2 £200 Mastercard, it is due to be sent to my main email. 

 

This address has basically been hacked on me and cannot gain entry to it anyone.

 

Is there a way I can change the address that this is sent on?

What happens if I change my email address or mobile number, do I still qualify?

You will be invited to claim by email and SMS within 14 days of purchasing an eligible product, using the current information held for you. You will be able to update your email address and mobile number at the point of claim, but if you do not receive an invite to claim within 14 days of purchase you can contact us on 0345 600 2098** or email help@o2redeem.co.uk. We can check your details, update them, and reissue your invite to claim.

Lines are open Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm.
