Is there a link to the changes to 02 open. Apparently the scheme changes on December 3rd.

Just come across this thread (a bit late I know) ....So who will know if there are going to be changes to Open?

The op seems pretty confident about the date it will happen....

Unless it's a change announced this week there was no intended change due to occur.

It has changed you can no longer give the code to friends and family. There are other changes as well Apparently
