Hi I have o2 open 25% discount applied to my £20 per month airtime bill since August.
This should bring it down to £15 & it did for a couple of months.
Since I added another SIM for my child (£8 per month) my bill has changed to £16.67 per month.
On top of that , the extras SIM should have 20% off as a connection to my account.
That should reduce it to £6.40 but it shows up as £6.67 per month.
I seem to be overpaying £1.94 extra per month.
Any ideas?

The O2 Open info here: https://www.o2.co.uk/open
And Multisave, including Family discount, here: https://www.o2.co.uk/Multisave
You did not have an initial 6months' free or other discount that has since come off, pushing the price up slightly?

Good luck!

Discounts are pre vat so your calculations may be slightly off due to that.
