Help! I have an 02 pay monthly contract for my main phone and also an 02 PAYG for an emergency phone for a specific use. I decided to change my PAYG to a pay
monthly contract (all with 02). I requested that my PAYG number was ported to my new pay monthly account. However 02 have ported the wrong number and now my main phone number no longer works/has been disconnected. I’ve rang customer services but I was too late and need to ring back tomorrow. Is it possible to get my old
number back? I’ve had it for years and it’s registered everywhere!

You will need to ring in the customer services and they should be able to help get it back... best time to ring is 8am when they open
