Why is 02 asking me to update my details so that they can calculate my pay monthly bill when I changed to BT 3 MONTHS ago and no longer have an account with them.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
