0 balance message!

Hi, I'm David and I have an Iphone on Pay and Go where my account is set up for automatic top ups each month (£20). The good news is that I keep receiving texts from 02 telling me I have all this call time, texts, and Mb of data, yet every time I make a call I receive a message to tell me I have '0' balance?? I have just topped it up for this month and low and behold the same messages!!!!! Also, if I try to collect a message from there voice mail, I am redirected to the pay and go top up service..... Any ideas of what I need to do? or should I just go to Vodaphone!!!

You can ring 02 on 4445 and ask for the alerts to be turned off.

Not sure about the voicemail.

Perhaps turn it off and then back on by dialling 1750 then 1760.

If your phone is unlocked to all networks them you can put a Vodaphone Sim in it.
