Hi there, if you think there's a fault with billing the best bet is to call up customer services on 4445 for payg or 202 for pay monthly/contract.
It may just 'catchup' but tbqh I'd not be waiting and hoping for that, I'd be on the phone finding out why it was wrongly deducted from my balance.
Just edited to add: obvs yours is payg so it's 4445 that you need to dial to speak to an advisor.
