i had someone one the phone telling me i could get 2 sims on a £20 deal with unlimited texts and calls but on my online bill it says my bill is £35. im not happy with this i was promised a £20 deal and that is all i want to pay other wise ill cancle my sims. i would apprisiate it if someone could sort this out for me as im a loyal paying customer that is not happy with the servise i am reseving

Hi @Anonymous This is a customer to customer forum not O2.. Best to call customer services here https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus  and they will explain whats happening. Usually any discount is applied in My O2 when the monthly bill is produced...http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2  or will be seen as a bolt on.

Hi check if you have bolt ons in the bill and see if it shows the discount if not then best to call or online chat

This discount bolt on is either not understood or not explained very well at point of sale.
Your MyO2 will always show the full undiscounted rate as that is the cost of the tariff.
A bolt on is added to the account to remove the discount that has been offered which is applied to the tariff rate when your bill is produced.
Look in your MyO2 in the tariff and bolt ons section and you will see it.
There are also quite a number of other threads on the forum asking the same thing to give you some confidence.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
