Hi,

I'm currently on an O2 sim only plan and I've got quite a good deal they sorted out for me.

If I upgrade to refresh and get a handset is it possible to keep the same air time price plan element?

(Oviously I will need to pay the extra monthly cost for the handset side).

Cheers

Jason.

Unfortunately you can only choose the airtime packages that get offered with the refresh deals.
Sim only tariffs are different in a lot of cases.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

There was an idea put forward that customers should be able to tailor make a tariff to suit their needs but nothing became of it. So we are stuck with the 3 or 4 tariff choices that come with each phone.

However if your circumstances allow you to buy the phone upfront then you can obviously stay on your present tariff for as long as you like. Consider buying it on a credit card because you can pay that off monthly the same as you do on Refresh. You will of course have to factor in the interest doing it that way.
