Upgraded Buisness Handset, o2 Refreshed, Network Reported Failed / Blocked ?

Why Would a handset owned by me, which was upgraded to a new phone with the same number, be blocked!?!? , when i try and sell it via o2refresh ?

You'll have ask customer service, as all customers here we'd have no idea - have you paid your bill?
