Upgrade Sim only

I've received a SIM card to upgrade but I don't know when to switch as my current package runs until next bill issue in 18 September. Can anyone advise?
Thanks.

Re: Upgrade Sim only

You need to check in My O2 to see if it's been changed on the system.

Re: Upgrade Sim only

Upgrades usually process immediately so you will probably find you have already changed.
Your bills will just continue on the same dates as current.

Re: Upgrade Sim only

Mine happened immediately when I took advantage of a sim only offer (half price for 6 months) in January. My original tariff didnt run out for a further 3/52....Smiley Wink
