Unexplained items on my bill

I have a number I do not recall ringing on my phone (it's not in my contacts) and some odd "picture message to email" lines on my bill. A summary of the relelevant litems is:
 
Calls
19 Aug 17 12:40 0844xxxxxxx Service 2m 7s £1.093    -- what is this?
 
Messages
19 Aug 17 12:17 0091xxxxxxxxx Text £0.292 -- OK I recognise sending this text to India
19 Aug 17 12:29 Picture message to Email Picture  £0.416 -- what is this?
21 Aug 17 12:49 Picture message to Email Picture £0.416  -- what is this?
 
Please help. I don't understand what causes these charges.

The 0844 number appears to be for the British Heart Foundation charity @xyz1231, have you contacted them at all?

This looks like something you’ll be able to do or check in the My O2 app. We have a guide to help with that if you’re unsure how to use it Guide: How-to guide for My O2 And don’t worry if you get stuck because there’s an in-app messaging service you can use to chat with O2 who can help. Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.
