Trying to link two accounts

Just wasted two hours of my life trying to 'Chat' with three O2 people to send me a re-set 'password' email for my two accounts so that I can link them. When i finally thought we had cracked the simple send me a re-set password for my second account I discover they had sent it for the first one that I had spent an hour and a half getting access to!!!!

Do you still need help or are you sorted now?

You might find it easier to call CS rather than using chat though http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
