Hi, can anyone tell me what the time limits are before topping up using the older pay&go tariff which i think is no longer available to new customers

Thanks for the information - it would be helpful if one could see the 999 days limit for top-ups stated in the o2 website.

However, a post on an old thread claims that one 02 client (Morgan) challenged the 999 days limit and was told that the period for top up was much longer.

After complaining I have just been told that the 999 days have been extended to 25 years!

I've heard that before but never from official O2 sources.

Mmmmmm...considering that @Martin-O2 had it confirmed officially that it was 999 days...and that was just a few days ago, I would prefer to follow his advice....

@bpb Yes we confirmed that the period was 999 days for the OP recently. I'm not aware of any extensions and 25 years seems a very long time for a phone to not be topped up!
