Still waiting!!

Hi there

My contract ended at the beginning of June, I contacted (in writing) O2 TWICE to say I was leaving them but all I got was £18.19 added to my 'bill' each month since. I called them last Sunday (13th) and was told they would change the number to pay and go and would send me a sim card three days later. Apparently 14 days after this I will get a 'final bill' (for a contract that ran out in June!)

I didn't receive the sim card - not that I want it, I have a new number with another company, but it fills me with dread that I won't ever get a final bill!

Has anyone else been through this?

You can also Google for the email address of the CEO and write in with your letters as attachments and ask for a full refund of money paid since June.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
