Signal Issues

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

Myself and the wife have got very poor signal when we're at home. There is someplaces inside and outside that are great for signal, but sometime a step to the side can loose all bars of signal. It's always been an issue, yet turning off wifi gives us a great 4G strenth connection to the internet. So i don't understand why calls and texts are always so bad. Anyone else have similar issues? Postcode is RG30 6NF
