Scam

Hi there I think I may have been scammed I'm not 100% tho.

I have a account on a survey site and I ticked to speak to 02 for good offers. Anyways someone has rang me today and I took SIM card contracts out. They should be here in few days.

They have my bank details for direct debit , however the emails have been sent to get tracking I have all the numbers too for it but when I've made account through there link it says I have nothing on my account so I can't track anything ?

There number was also this 0161 814 4641 and when I searched it says 02 but says scam .

Anyone had this ? Thanks

Hi @Anonymous it says the same when I look as well. You need to call them and cancel. If they are a 'trusted partner' you have probably been offered a business contract. Edited to add what I found about the number http://who-called.co.uk/Number/01618144641

Similar number strings have been used in the past and reported on here.
Certainly not O2 and you should cancel immediately (DSR still apply even if business contracts have been sold).
Make sure you don't agree to anything in any emails and call o2 customer service for help in cancelling asap.
