SIMO upgrade?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Anyone know the earliest you can upgrade a 12mth SIMO to a phone even if you have to pay off the rest of the SIM?

I was accepted for a SIM but want a phone so took the SIM to use but want to know if you can upgrae early etc..

Tried taking a phone line and it gets declined so SIMO upgrade is only option

Thanks

3 months to upgrade for free but you need to call so customer service can override the system.
If you want to do it earlier you need to pay off the full 12 months first.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Yes normally 3 months as long as payments have been regular and on time. Look in My O2 and it will tell you when and if you can upgrade. Just follow the link and you won't need to pay off the present simo deal.
