Replacement Yop-up card

Anonymous
Not applicable

Somebody please help me swim through this O2 help treacle!

My Top-up card is slightly damaged and often cannot be read to activate its purpose.

How do I get a replacement ? What is the process ? Can this be facilitated on-line?

Hi @Anonymous You can't get a top up card online as far as I am aware. The easiest way is to pop in to a local O2 store and pick one up there

Meanwhile there are a variety of ways to top up here. Scroll down to PAYG https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-pay-my-bill-or-Ways-to-pay-guidelines/ba-p/1014090

Not even sure they issue top up cards anymore.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

They are still showing on the official O2 link I posted.....

"E-Top Up card

To top-up, hand over your e-top up card at any O2 shop or other store with the green top-up logo. You can pay by cash, credit or debit card and can top up between £10 and £50. You can also use the same card again and again"..(Though they don't actually say where, or if you can get a replacement).

I did notice them on a well known auction site...However, there are so many easier ways of topping up nowadays ...

They definitely don't. Ebay maybe but I begrudge fools trying to extract money for something that was free.

Hey @Anonymous, how are you getting on? Did you check out the other top-up methods mentioned above in case any of those would work for you? slight_smile

In the meantime @MI5@Cleoriff@jonsie I'm just checking with O2 in case there have been any changes to the top-up card, if it's still being issued - I'll post back when I hear more so you'll be aware too.

Hey guys, just revisiting this for a quick update confirming that O2 does indeed still have the top-up card as an option. They don't normally send them out but they should be available at local stores to pick up. slight_smile
