Porting number from PAY MONTHLY to PAYG

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello, I have tried to get live chat operator to help with no avail so I thought I would give this forum a try.

I have finished my PAY MONTHLY contract and want to shift to PAYG for a few months while I sort out some finances. I have got both my PAY MONTHLY sim and a new PAYG sim.

The issue I am having is trying to find some information on how to port my current O2 PAY MONTHLY number to O2 PAYG. (not the other way round as it seems there are plenty of posts about).

Thanks

I'm moving from O2 Pay Monthly to O2 Pay & Go Get in touch by either emailing or calling our Pay Monthly Customer Service team. We'll sort your request out for you and let you know what'll happen next.

From the support page

Best to ring 202 from the pay monthly number and ask them to do the swap
