Paying my contract off early

Anonymous
Not applicable
I recently payed my device plan off early (£366) I then give 30 days notice to end my airtime plan. All this was fine until I got a bill saying I owe 02 £366 and this would be taken on my last direct debit with my last airtime bill! When I rang and spoke to customer service I was told they could see I have pay the device plan but no one had put this on my account they have just cancelled the contact.
They said they would get this sorted within 24 hours this was over 3 weeks ago this is still showing on my account that I own 366. I been ringing every other day to get this sorted and it's still showing. The payment is due out today but
I was advised by 02 to cancel my direct debit till it was sorted. Can this affect my credit score? Dose anyone know what's best for me to do??
