My contract is now up so I'm free to upgrade. I want the 5s but it's telling me I'll have to pay £600 for it! Is this correct? I remember upgrading to the 4s and it only cost me £180 upfront. Can anyone advise further?

On refresh you can choose to pay upfront or add it to your monthly bill. The £600 is the upfront payment but you can do it at £25 monthly https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/refreshTariffs/apple/iphone-5s-16gb-gold/?is4G=true
