No 4g Samsung galaxy

Anonymous

I have a Samsung galaxy s8 plus and up till a week ago I had 4g constantly but now it won't find 4g anywhere I go. I have tried turning it off and off again with internet enabled and disabled but still can't get 4g back.

@Anonymous

Have you tried a factory reset? You could try a new sim from o2 to see if you have a faulty sim.

It could be the antenna so maybe contact Samsung for repair if it's not a faulty sim

Check your tariff hasn't changed in My O2 or call customer service to make sure there have been no changes.

If possible try your sim in another 4G phone to see what signal you get. The O2 store will change the sim for you free of charge and swap your number and tariff to it.

Try texting the word "Active" to 2020 and save the settings you get sent back, just in case something has changed with your apn.

I'm getting H+ I have tried the text with still no luck. Don't want to have to resort to a factory reset but if nothing else works it's what I'll do
