I have recently got married and wish to change my name on my account.  I can't find anywhere on your website to do this.  Please can you advise where to look?

You need to call O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract. 4445 for PAYG. 8002 for Business.

Thank you.  I tried that.  Just get a call failed tone every time I try ringing 202.  Any other ideas?

As MI5 has said, you can't make the change over the phone, so don't waste your time trying to call.
