Monthly bill

Anonymous
Not applicable
Recently my monthly bill has been over the price of which I bought my tarrif (£15 monthly) and I want to put a restrict men or a lock over it so my bill does not exceed past the £15. just today i had gotten my bill and it said i owed £31 (more than twice the amount i usually pay). How do I do this without buying another tarrif? And why am I being billed so high?

Hi @Anonymous

If you look in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 it will give you a breakdown of your bill so you can see what extras you are been charged for but unfortunately, you cannot cap your bill with O2.

If you download the MtO2 app to your phone, you can track yoour usage though to help stay in control.

Edit to add link to app: http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-o2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

What tariff are you on as you are either going over your allowance or calling numbers not covered by your allowances or by sending mms.

There will be a complete breakdown in my O2.

You need to contact customer service if you don't agree with the charges.
