Ive been charged o2 travel even though I was not using it!!!

Hi

I was surprised to see my bill for the previous month, as I was charged again!!! For O2 travel, although I was not using it!!!

First it happened in the summer, when I had mobile data switched off and I was trying to send a message and was not even able to send a text message but still was charged 2.00 for every single day!! Although there was no service!!!

however, at that time I didn't do anything about it.... and that was a mistake.

Now, Ive been travelling abroad again, and again, I had my mobile data switched off for most of the days, so as not to pay sky high bill, and still was charged for every single day whilst being abroad!!!

can you please explain this??!!

Ive been with O2 for nearly 10 years, but looks like its high time to change it as you don't value your customers 😞

looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Dobrawa

This isn't customer service so you won't hear from o2.  You should also remove your number.

Sending a text will trigger o2 travel so having data off won't prevent the charges I'm afraid.

You should call customer service and ask for travel to be removed from your account in future

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
