No mention of the removal of T&W here http://www.o2.co.uk/pricechange.
We all know it hasn't been listed for a long time on the tariff pages but has still been available to those who wanted it.....?

Hi

 

I have a question. I don't really understand the tariff thing. I have just topped my phone up with 15 GBP. My current tariff is the o2 unlimited. It says that i can get unlimited O2 to O2 texts and calls. But my o2 calls weren't free. I don't know why. How can i get free o2 calls?

Hi I have a question about my bill, its due the 9th july but im not paid till the 11th sny idea if I can move the payment date or something??? I sound really dumb but this is my first contract and I cant find the help online so anyone know what I can do?? Tia for any help slight_smile

Call customer service on 202 and they will change your payment date for you. Just tell them the most convenient date after your salary is paid into your bank. That is the only way to change the billing date.

I would advise against using web chat for account changes.

Definitely do not use live chat and also be aware you need to make the request at least 6 days before the current bill due date to allow time for the computer to catch up.

They will be fine as long as they call customer service in the next day or so. Ample time to change the date.:smileyhappy:

Basically, you need to call CS on 202 from your pay monthly phone and they will do the rest for you.
