Hi. I updated my phone earlier this year to a blackberry and I hate it. I'm only due another upgrade in Feb 2014. Is there any chance o2 will let me have a simpler, more basic phone early? I'll be more than happy to return the blackberry - its still in great condition and I still have the box. Thanks.

You'd have to either buy one and use it with your contract, or pay to end your contract early to upgrade.

Sell the BB and buy a phone of your choice and swap the BB bolt on for a data bolt on.
