DASH_ERR04: Cant download old bills

Is anyone else getting this error when trying to download their Bill? I have cleared Cache, used different browsers and even different machines and can't download any of my bills. I was on live chat and was told that if I wanted the bill sent out then I would be charged! All I need is a copy of my Bill emailed to me for my accounts.

While I would like to agree with you @MI5, you can see the headlines on the bill still within the app and on the website.
It is just the details that are not available...

Ah, I see....

The issue isn't effecting me so I wasn't aware that the overall cost was displayed, but this still doesn't give the customer justification for any increased costs?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

And it's usually the details that 'may' require querying? Still totally unsatisfactory anyway

Certainly for me, if I was charged £20 extra, I would want to know "why" ?

This is the same on Chrome and IE on work laptop and phone (using Chrome).
