DASH_ERR04: Cant download old bills

Anonymous
Not applicable

Is anyone else getting this error when trying to download their Bill? I have cleared Cache, used different browsers and even different machines and can't download any of my bills. I was on live chat and was told that if I wanted the bill sent out then I would be charged! All I need is a copy of my Bill emailed to me for my accounts.

Latest update from the community team:

I'm also having this issue. Get the error on Chrome, Firefox, & Edge for both lines on my account.

As this has been going on for a while with no fix as yet, then you should make a complaint @Anonymous

At the very least you need to let customer services know so they can log your numbers.

I'm getting this, too, on all devices and browsers. I need to submit a bill for cashback this month and am currently unable to do it. I don't fancy paying £1 for a paper bill due to O2's malfunctioning webpage!

If you contact O2 online from the website, and explain the problem, they will offer to send you a paper copy of the current bill - it does take about 2 weeks for it to get to you though, so plan ahead.

BTW: Still getting this error when I attempt to download/print current or past bills, and no sign of the fiver discount I was promised back on 12-July when I first raised the case:

Yes as far as we know it hasn't been fixed yet but Martin did say the issue had been identified, so just a matter of a few months before the fix is deployed now I guess.

I too am getting this message - O2 quick enough to take the money but not quick enough to be able to supply a receipt for my payment - need this sorting asap - we have in excess of 10 work accounts with you - I am not happy and nor will my accountant be when I cannot supply a VAT receipt ... I wait to hear from you.... if not expect a cancellation
