Credit expiry

Anonymous
Not applicable

I am on PAYG. I hardly ever use my phone but whenever I do, the credit seems to have dwindled away. As far as I can tell, as long as I use the phone once in 6 months, there should be no credit expiry. But looking on-line, I can find no way of viewing my top-up record nor my usage. So my feeling is that I have spent money which has just vanished but there seems no way I can check this. Yes or no?

You can call payg customer service on 4445 from your mobile 25p per call

You could try live chat but I recommend calling

Credit will never expire. It can be used up but it will never expire as long as you keep the sim active.
Mobile data could be using credit though, so make sure it is turned off on your handset.
To see usage you need to request a SAR which will cost you £10 http://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/how-to-get-a-copy-of-the-information-we-store-about-you
