Contract cancellation

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi I was wondering if I was able to cancel my contract. My phone got water damaged yesterday and so no longer works. I looked on my o2 account and it says I don't have anything left to pay on my contract.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous

Yes you can if you have completed your minimum term, by giving 30 days notice, or you could also upgrade too.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
