I was late in paying my bill but it was paid in full. I have had my phone barred now 3 times this week as o2 did not recognise it had been paid!! As my mobile is my only phone, I have been stuck when it has been barred & I now want some compensation!
NOT HAPPY!!!

Compensation for you paying your bill late which caused the bar ?

A direct debit set up would have stopped this from happening.

Set up a direct debit to stop you having the problem again. I'm presuming O2 would wait until the funds have cleared before recognising the payment.

Honestly don't think you have a leg to stand on regarding compo.....
