CREDIT CARD FOR TOP UP INVALID

Trying to register my credit card for auto top ups but because it expires in less than a month O2 has rejected it.  Yet when I do as O2 says and register the new card details, the bank rejects it because it isn't valid yet.

Catch-22 - I guess O2 doesn't want me................................
