Am I unlocked

I rang up O2 to unlock my phone about 2 weeks ago and they said it would happen within a week.  I have heard nothing since.  How do I know if my phone has been unlocked or not?

You will get an email back with an unlock code and / or further instructions....

When u get the email

Put a non o2 sim in and use the code provided. Make sure u enter it correctly

Once your iPhone is connected to itunes you should get a congratulations message thro iTunes stating your unlocked.

Someone from Apple told me last week you don't get this message anymore. Would be interesting to see if it does come up.
