I followed the instructions and got discount on my airtime bill. I paid £4 less. Looking at my bill history- O2 ONLY GAVE ME THE DISCOUNT OFF THE FIRST MONTH!!!! Annoyed and disappointed.
The line rental credit should show under 'other charges and credits' on your bill each month. if it doesn't show there, I'd suggest following @Anonymous advice and contacting O2.
Which discount is it you're talkin about? Could you have any additional charges on your bill this month which has cancelled off what you save with the discount?
