Hi just joined o2. Got my new contract sorted out Sunday evening and awaiting my sexy new S8 Plus ... its due to arrive in around an hour. Was the easiest sign up process I have ever had. All went through fine and was kept informed every step of the way. So am very happy so far.

Im a migrant in from Giffgaff which did serve me well for a few years but needed more. So am happy with the package and of course cant wait to unbox my new phone.

Just a question though how easy is it to transfer my current mobile nr to my new phone / O2 account ? I have the PAC code from giffgaff ... do I just call support here ?

thanks in advance Dino )

Well I was in Spain 2 weeks back and didnt find it too bad no 4g though. But was quick enough most times for basic stuff ... even accessing fb and so on. Lost connection a few times but managed. Still better than paying charges though 🙂

So you've not heard about O2 throttling speeds for contract customers ?

read some about this but for me its calls and texts which I need more. Plus many places get wifi ..

I will be able to test it though as back out to Europe in the next 2 weeks.
