Solved: £10 bundle

Hi I tried to add £10 to my account as I dont want to go over my allowence and the website wont allow me to. Why? Also I had £10 credit prior to going on the bundle which you have added to my bundle account instead of letting me to add another £10?

You can only renew your allowances on your anniversary date. If you want extra before then you need to buy a bolt on through your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 just adding credit will go towards your next months allowances or be used as credit on an ad hoc basis to pay for usage.
